Shipment and Delivery

Orders are shipped through our registered courier partners across India. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, and delivered within 3–5 business days PAN India. For customers in Bangalore, we offer same-day delivery (Monday to Saturday) on orders placed before 12 PM IST, subject to local transportation constraints and courier availability.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on orders of ₹478 and above. Orders below ₹478 have a flat shipping charge of ₹80. Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional COD charge of ₹99. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

ROBYN And TRAVIS CO is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities, and only guarantees handover of the consignment to our courier partner within the timelines stated above, or as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer, and delivery confirmation will be sent to the mobile number or email ID specified during checkout or registration.
